In 2019, the Tennessee Soap and Candle meeting was held in Nashville, Tennessee at the Radisson hotel. With an attendance of over 100 people, this meeting was the largest yet.
After the last conference in 2019, the founder of the Tennessee Soap and Candle Meeting tagged in another event organizer to expand and breathe new life into the event. Together, Chloe and Rachel are excited to rebrand the conference for the upcoming year. We are now known at the Southeastern Bath & Body Conference and our next event will be held on April 4th and 5th at The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Past conferences have yielded some pretty star-studded speakers lineups. We have had people from Marla Bosworth to Anne-Marie Faiola share with us their plentiful knowledge.
In 2019, we were joined by the following speakers…
Lela Barker, Founder of Lucky Break Consulting
Kayla Fioravanti, Co-Founder of Ology Essentials
Anne-Marie Faiola, Founder of Bramble Berry
Donna-Maria Coles Johnson, Founder of the Indie Business Network
Holly Port, Founder of Lotion Bar Cafe
Stephanie Franchini, Founder of One Love Candle & Bath
Haleigh Fioravanti, Founder of Eternal Returns
Our conferences have always boasted a diverse range of presentation topics. We have hosted workshops on everything from creative crowdsourcing to planning + executing the perfect sales event, and we plan to cover even more this year!
In 2019, we heard the following presentations…
The Power is in the Presentation
The framing of your products has the power to transform your business from “barely squeaking by” to “holy smokes, my bank account looks rosy!” If you send the wrong value signals, you’ll amass a crowd of disjointed, price-conscious, commodity-minded shoppers who aren’t particularly loyal. But what if you could flip that script and put your products into context? What if you could send clear value indicators to attract brand-driven shoppers who will evangelize your company and pay top dollar for your products? I promise that it’s possible, and this thought-provoking workshop will deliver actionable strategies we discover together while dissecting successful brands. You’ll leave with inspiration and clear “next steps” for up-leveling your presentation, connecting with your people, and finally commanding the prices your products deserve.
