Sponsorship Opportunities

We’re planning giant leaps forward for the 2020 conference thanks to a new host city, a gorgeous new event venue, and a menu of upscale Southern food designed to make your mouth water! We’ll be welcoming 180 motivated bath and body entrepreneurs from all over the country and we’d love to put your company front and center this year. 

There are opportunities available to suit every budget and our team will be working hard to deliver maximum exposure (both online and at the event) for our sponsors. 

 

Event Program Sponsorship

Event programs will be provided to all attendees, volunteers, and presenters at the conference. All programs are printed in full-color and measure 4.25 inches by 5.5 inches with margins TBD.

  • Logo on Inside Back Cover (2″x2″): $50

  • Full Page Ad (4.25” x 5.5”): $150

Goody Bag Donations

Each one of our attendees receives a goody bag as part of their ticket purchase. This year, we’re expecting 180 attendees. If interested in donating items for our goody bags, please provide 180 of each item.

Door Prize Donations

Each one of our attendees receives one door prize raffle ticket as part of their ticket purchase. If interested in donating an item for our door prize raffle, we request that you donate an item with a value of $50 value or more.

Vendor Tables

The Southeastern Bath & Body Conference loves to help small business service providers, equipment manufacturers, and ingredient & packaging providers connect with eager target audiences! Time for vendor shopping is built into the event schedule and the vendor area will remain open for the entirety of the 2-day event. The cost to secure one vendor table is $400, the cost to secure two vendor tables is $750, and the cost for 3 vendor tables in $900.

Lunch Sponsorship

The Southeastern Bath & Body Conference will be providing lunch for all attendees, volunteers, and speakers on both Saturday and Sunday of our event. A sponsorship investment of $2,500 for each meal is needed. We’ll work with our meal sponsors to design a custom reward package that delivers high visibility at the event and in the months leading up to the event via our social media platforms, email marketing, and website.

Networking Event Sponsorship

The Southeastern Bath & Body Conference will be offering a new networking event add-on this year. This intimate event will provide an opportunity for 50 attendees to mingle with speakers and have their individual questions answered. A sponsorship investment of $2,000 is needed to serve refreshments and hors d'oeuvres for our attendees. We’ll work with our meal sponsors to design a custom reward package that delivers high visibility at the event and in the months leading up to the event via our social media platforms, email marketing, and website.
